  I couldn't have found a better contractor to work with. Jim Davis gave personal attention to the build of our home and it shows. We have a beautiful home with many special touches that we chose to add based on Jim's advise and expertise from building homes for so long. Construction was high quality but kept within our budget. Jim ensured his subs did quality work, too, and at the least sign of an issue, he was all over it and made sure the customer came first. Jim was flexible with changes and really listened to our concerns to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. We came away from this with not only a wonderful home but a new friend. I would recommend Jim to anyone and challenge you to find a better contractor anywhere!

  Central Coast Builders just did a remodel for me and I could not be more pleased with
  the quality of their work. The workmanship was outstanding and the professionalism
  with which it was done is exceptional. I would recommend Jim Davis and his crew to
  anyone and would not dream of using another contractor in the future.
